Information Collection And Use
While using our service it is required you provide certain information (such as your address, number or mail) to make sure everything you purchase from this website, arrives at the desired place.
Personal information will just be use in the following situations:
- In order to provide you the goods/services you have requested, and communicate with you about those goods.
- In order to notify you about sales or new products.
Umbra won’t share this data collected from customers to third parties except legally obligated situations as:
- Payments
- Postal service
- A courthouse, the police to other public organisations for legar justified reasons

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Shipping
We ship nationally (Spain – 5€) and internationally (EU – 15 €). If you want a worldwide shipping don not hesitate to write us with any inquiry to our mail ([email protected]).
We take up to 2-5 business days to have your order prepared.
Domestic orders can take up to 3-7 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances).
If you rather prefer to pick the order, mark that checkbox and get in touch to arrange it.
Every order is made packaged, labeled and sent myself. If there is any reason that could delay the shipping I will get in touch.
There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.
Returns
If you made the wrong order by mistake, please contact me immediately so I can refund it before it is sent. Once it has been sent, returns are only accepted if I have packed the wrong items (mistakes can always happen).
Once it arrives, if something goes missing or astray, please get in touch, I will try my best to solve it. This happens very rarely but we could arrange a refund or set another order to be sent out.
Caring
As all the pieces are handmade, they chip more easily than industrial ones, but if you treat them with care you could use them daily for a long time. You can put all the items (unless mentioned) both in the dishwasher or microwave but, as they are handmade, they simply aren’t a durable as factory made ones. So if you can wash by hand or rarely put them in the microwave they will last longer.
