WHERE DO YOU SHIP? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
I ship nationally (Spain – 5€) and internationally (EU – 15 €). If you want a worldwide shipping don not hesitate to write me with any inquiry to my mail ([email protected])
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I take up to 2-5 business days to have your order prepared then domestic shippings can take up to 3-7 business days and international orders can take up to 5-5 business days (or longer depending on the circumstances). If you rather prefer to pick the order, mark that checkbox and get in touch to arrange it.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you made the wrong order by mistake, please contact me immediately so I can refund it before it is sent. Once it has been sent, returns are only accepted if I have packed the wrong items (mistakes can always happen). If once it arrives something goes missing or astray, please get in touch, I will try my best to solve it. This happens very rarely but we could arrange a refund or set another order to be sent out.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE ITEMS?
As all the pieces are handmade, they have to be taken care, but if you treat them correctly you could use them daily for a long time. You can put all the items (unless mentioned) both in the dishwasher or microwave (not for a very long time) but they prefer to be hand-washed.
CAN I ASK FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
Of course! I am always willing to work on special orders or collaborations so feel free to write me for any custom made work.
